Previous Outages by Microsoft
Microsoft global outages are not different for the newbies, as they have previously impacted a wide range of users. A similar incident took place on July 24 caused by a corrupted update from a cybersecurity firm named CrowdStrike, which had a domino impact on systems around the globe, including the banking and healthcare sectors.
Besides these outages, Microsoft has the ability to immediately respond to identify its issues and apply the necessary actions that decrease the impact.
However, the lack of transparency regarding changes of nature raises complaints and concerns among IT professionals and users worldwide.
