Quadbridge Has Acquired Able One In Order To Expand Its It Services Across North America

by Manvinder Singh September 17, 2022 0 Comment

Quadbridge Inc. (Quadbridge), a leading North American provider of hardware and software IT solutions, headquartered in Montreal, is delighted to announce that through a recent acquisition, Able-One Systems Inc. (Able One), a well-known end-to-end IT solutions provider with headquarters in Ontario, has been added to its business portfolio.

Customers of the recently expanded business may now rely on 130+ workers, located in four offices across North American time zones, to deliver them professional services for IT projects, managed services for IT operations, and consulting and acquisition services in the field of technology. The solutions offered to their clients are expanded by Able One’s seasoned staff’s vast experience and additional technical knowledge.

Nelson Pacheco, President of Quadbridge, Said

“The Able One team and portfolio are a perfect complement to our existing business, giving our growing company a deep-rooted presence in Ontario, as well as in Quebec and British Columbia. With our office in Arizona, we are now better able to meet all the IT needs of companies the length and breadth of Canada and the USA,” Since its founding in 2007, Quadbridge has established a solid name in the IT sector and expanded significantly, consistently placing among the 500 fastest-growing Canadian companies. To increase its presence in Canada and strengthen its capabilities for managed services and solution delivery, it purchased Vancouver-based DTM Systems Corp. in April 2021. The purchase of Able One today continues that trend.

“Just as with DTM, we’re looking at this acquisition as a union,” said PJ Emam, Quadbridge Founder and CEO. “There’s great synergy and tremendous opportunity here. We’re thrilled to join the executive leadership and teams together and bring the combined power of both organizations to solve our customers’ IT challenges and drive success through technology,” he added.

“We’re excited to begin this new chapter in our story, contributing our experience and know-how to the further development of Quadbridge, and gaining from the recognition they enjoy with a number of additional partners to benefit our existing and future customers,” said Mark Ciprietti, President of Able One.

IBM Power Server systems, server virtualization, networking, storage, application modernization, private and public clouds, managed services, hosting, business continuity, artificial intelligence, storage, software-defined, and API development and management are among the specialties of Able One.

Quadbridge and Able One will be able to provide more access to a wider and deeper range of specializations, extended and improved solution offerings, cross-border, cross-platform capacity, and even stronger account management and client experience as a merged business.
