Tata Communications Announces Bhaskar Gorti as New Cloud & Cybersecurity Chief
Today, Tata Communications appointed Bhaskar Gorti Executive Vice President of Cloud & Cybersecurity Services. Bhaskar will take charge of the new role in July 2024 and be part of the organization’s Global Management Committee.
With his extensive expertise across multiple industries, functions, technologies, and regions, Bhaskar is set to bring a strong focus on client-centricity, automation, and digitalization to Tata Communications. His leadership will be instrumental in further executing and sharpening the company’s transformative digital fabric vision.
Bhaskar, who holds a Master of science in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech, also brings around three decades of exclusive experience, having held top positions at industry giants like Nokia (President Nokia Software & Chief Digital Office, Nokia), Sandvine (Board Member) and most recently, CEO and Board member at Platform9, the open distributed cloud service.
